I specialize in helping people to thrive in today’s complex world. I offer a range of talks that focus on several key areas, including self-awareness, resilience, decision making, creative thinking, and positive mental health.

My philosophy is based on actionable techniques and evidence-based methods which I acquired through my academic career and my own life experiences.
